Role Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and approachable Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Tirana office. In this role, you will primarily handle inbound phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information to assist customers
- Work full-time from the office
- Available working shifts: 09:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00

**Requirements**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Previous experience in customer service or support is an advantage
