**Position Purpose:**
The Distribution Manager is responsible for the overall management and supervision of departmental operations, ensuring efficient organization of resources, coordination of activities, and achievement of the company’s operational objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and organize the activities of the department in line with the company’s strategy and policies.
- Manage and supervise the team, ensuring high performance and professional development of staff.
- Plan and coordinate operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of activities.
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, company standards, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate activities and support overall business objectives.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on operational performance and outcomes.
