**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, including software, hardware, and access issues.
- Support stability of enterprise-wide infrastructure
- Identify root causes of recurring issues and contribute to long-term preventative solutions.
- Monitor/Resolve/Escalate different kinds of infrastructure alerts
- Configure/Reconfigure/Deploy IIS sites
- Assist with Jira and Confluence user administration.
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
**Requirements**
- 1+ year of experience as a System Administrator / 1 year of experience as a DevOps / Tech Support Engineer
- Experience with operations of Active Directory Services, Azure Active Directory, DNS, IIS
- Hands-on experience with monitoring systems such as Azure monitor, Zabbix, NewRelic ESXi/vCenter administration is a plus
- Strong Windows skills (Servers, Storage & Network)
- PowerShell, Bash
- Confident spoken English (strong B1 or B2)
