**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania, for a Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research to identify trends, assisting in the development of marketing strategies, coordinating promotional campaigns, and managing marketing projects. The role also involves supporting sales initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. **Qualifications**
- Fluent in English (C1 level) with strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital or growth marketing.
- Experienced in managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
- Skilled in SEO (technical & on-page), conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Canva AI) to create and optimize marketing content.
- Comfortable with CRM platforms (HubSpot), data analysis (Excel), and performance-driven environments.
