- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Knowledge of cybersecurity basics and data protection principles is a plus
**Your Day-to-Day**
As a Technical Support Engineering Trainee, you will:
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical support tickets from customers and internal stakeholders
- Reproduce reported issues in staging and production environments
- Document troubleshooting procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
- Participate in root cause analysis sessions and contribute to post-mortem reports
- Support the team in writing and executing test automation scripts
- Help monitor system health dashboards and escalate anomalies
- Collaborate on compliance documentation related to NIS2 and other regulatory standards
