We are expanding our internal team and looking for a
**Junior Finance Specialist**
to support the financial operations of Zero and contribute to the company’s growth.
**What will you do :**
With a background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Informatics, you will work closely with our finance department, support daily financial operations, and help ensure accurate financial processes inside the company.
**Responsibilities**
> Assist in daily accounting and financial operations
> Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and cost analysis
> Track expenses, revenues, and financial KPIs
> Maintain accurate records and documentation
> Support invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations
> Collaborate with management on budgeting and internal controls
> Assist in implementing and improving internal financial processes
**Must Have**
> Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Informatics
> Basic understanding of accounting principles
> Good English (spoken & written)
> Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
> Fast learner, motivated, and organized
**Nice to Have**
> Experience with accounting software (Odoo, Navision, Financa5, etc.)
> Knowledge of taxes, invoicing, reconciliation, or financial reporting
> Strong Excel skills
> Curiosity for ERP systems or financial automation
> Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
