The company focuses on modern pharmaceutical and wellness products sold online through a strong performance marketing and lifecycle marketing engine. Their team produces a high volume of digital marketing assets including email campaigns and paid advertising creatives.
**About the Role**
This role is ideal if you are a
**highly reliable**
and detail oriented designer who can execute quickly within an established brand system. You will be responsible for producing large volumes of marketing assets using existing brand guidelines and design components, particularly marketing emails. The client values designers who can work independently, move fast, and deliver clean, production ready designs
**without needing heavy supervision.**
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Create large volumes of marketing emails using existing brand guidelines and design systems
- Use Figma to build and export production ready marketing assets
- Design Meta ad creatives including static ad variations and campaign assets
- Adapt existing templates and components to produce new variations at scale
- Ensure all creative output follows the client’s visual identity and component system
- Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams on campaign asset production
- Maintain design consistency across email marketing and paid media channels
- Organize design files and components in Figma for efficient production workflows
- Work efficiently in a high output marketing environment producing multiple assets per day
**What You Should Bring**
- 3+ years of experience in production design, digital design or marketing design
- Strong proficiency in Figma and experience working with component based design systems
- Experience designing marketing emails and digital advertising creatives
- Ability to work quickly and independently without constant supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely
- Excellent English communication skills
