The Role
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist who protects systems but also protects clarity inside the team.
Someone who does not allow knowledge to stay hidden in one place.
Someone who documents, explains, and shares so no one in the team is left in the dark when security decisions are made.
What You Will Do
• Monitor systems and investigate suspicious activity through our SOC
• Detect, analyze, and respond to potential ransomware or intrusion attempts
• Perform security testing that simulates real-world attacker behavior
• Secure endpoints and infrastructure used by fleets and dispatch teams
• Support security awareness training for employees
• Document findings and ensure the team always understands what is happening and why
What We Are Looking For
• Experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations, or incident response
• Understanding of endpoint security, ransomware behavior, and network threats
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong documentation habits
• A mindset focused on learning, transparency, and teamwork
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who believes that security knowledge should strengthen the whole team not stay locked inside one head.
Note: Even if you do not meet every requirement or do not yet have extensive experience, you are still welcome to apply especially if you have a strong desire to learn and grow in cybersecurity.
