**Job Overview**
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling day-to-day tasks such as managing correspondence, organizing files, scheduling meetings, and supporting the team with general office duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner;
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, letters, packages);
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies;
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested;
- Assist with data entry and updating company databases;
- Support the HR and finance departments with administrative tasks when required;
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained;
- Handle basic procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
**Skills & Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
