**Job Description:**

We are looking for a
**Application & System Operations Engineers**
to support enterprise‑level Telco environments. The role involves
**AM and BackOffice activities**
, application and system monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and operational support across distributed applications, databases, and cloud infrastructures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Monitor
**applications and systems**
(CPU, memory, processes, logs) and perform scheduled health checks on critical services.
- Manage malfunction tickets, perform
**L1/L2 troubleshooting**
, diagnose issues, and escalate when needed.
- Use tools for
**server access**
,
**remote connections**
, and
**database connectivity**
(Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).
- Support applications developed in
**Java, .NET, ASPX, PHP, JavaScript, Python, and Shell scripting**
.
- Operate and maintain
**WebLogic**
,
**Tomcat**
, and
**Apache Web/Proxy servers**
, including log analysis and basic service operations.
- Support applications deployed on
**Kubernetes**
and hosted in
**Azure Cloud**
.
- Perform AM and BackOffice operational tasks, validate integrations, and ensure continuous service
- Collaborate daily with Italian‑speaking technical teams, produce operational documentation in Italian, and participate in
**on‑call rotations**
.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

**Technical Competencies (Mandatory)**

**Operating Systems:**

- Unix (RedHat, Ubuntu, etc.)
- Windows Server 2008+

**Scripting & Automation:**

- Shell scripting
- Python (PY)

**Databases:**

- Oracle
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL

**Cloud:**

- Azure
- GCP (Kubernetes)

**Networking Fundamentals:**

- HTTPS
- TCP/IP

**Other Requirements**

- Fluent in
**Italian**
(spoken & written)
- Located in
**Albania**
(due to language requirement)
- On-call availability required
