We are looking for a skilled
**Cloud Infrastructure Administrator**
to join our IT operations team. In this role, you will manage and maintain critical infrastructure components, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This position involves hands-on work with hardware and virtualization technologies and requires flexibility for night activities such as upgrades, configuration changes, and emergency interventions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate, maintain, and support
**VMware-based cloud and virtualized infrastructures**
.
- Manage and administer
**Broadcom vCenter / vCloud environments**
, including
**NSX**
for network virtualization.
- Perform
**L2 operational activities**
on enterprise hardware infrastructure.
- Monitor infrastructure components and proactively identify potential issues.
- Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the customer’s operation and maintenance team to ensure service continuity.
- Apply operational procedures and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure infrastructure availability, performance, and stability in production environments.
- Participate in
**On-Call**
activities.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- **L2 hands-on experience**
with enterprise hardware infrastructure: HPE and DELL servers /Cisco Switches and Routers/ Storage Arrays/ SAN switches
- Strong experience with
**virtualization technologies**
: Broadcom vCenter / vCloud/ NSX
- Solid understanding of infrastructure operations and maintenance processes.
- Experience working in
**mission-critical environments**
.
- Proactive attitude with strong
**problem-solving skills**
.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- **Availability for night shifts and on-duty emergency activities**
.
- **English proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory)**
.
