We are seeking a Logistics Manager to join our team.

**Location and Reporting:**

 

This role is based in Tirana and will report directly to General Manager Albania & Kosovo

**YOUR ROLE**

As a
**Logistic Manager**
, you will:

**Customer Service Management**
: Oversee customer service operations to ensure efficient delivery of Sanofi and AstraZeneca and other partners’ products. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues and liaise with wholesalers for regular forecast updates and order confirmations.

**Demand Planning:**
Forecast product demand, collaborating with sales and marketing to understand market trends in Albania and Kosovo. Coordinate with the distribution platform in Slovenia for aligned planning.

**Trade and Distribution Oversight:**
Monitor tender publications in the Ministry of Health and other institutions, prepare price offers, and collaborate with authorized wholesalers for tender participation.

**Regulatory Compliance:**
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations in both countries and adapt logistics operations to regulatory changes.

**Stakeholder Collaboration:**
Engage with suppliers, healthcare providers, and internal teams to streamline supply chain and distribution processes.

**Reporting and Analysis:**
Track logistics performance, report to management, and leverage data for operational improvements.

**YOUR PROFILE**

**Education**

University degree - Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.

**Previous Experience**

Minimum of 5–10 years of professional experience in finance, logistic or related fields, with preference for candidates who have worked in FMCG or in the pharmaceutical industry.

**Language & Technical skills**

Excellent communication, organizational skills

Advanced MS Office skills

Fluency of English and domestic language

**Knowledge and expertise**

Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain operations

Experience with demand forecasting and inventory planning methodologies

Experience with public tender procedures.

Familiarity with distributor and wholesaler management

Understanding of cold chain management (temperature-controlled products)

Familiarity with public procurement platforms

**Skills and abilities**

Flexibility and self-drive/ownership

Strategic thinking, judgment, and persuasion/negotiation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.

Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
