Aiming to achieve business objectives, this position acts as a important point for Retail and Bank Card. It also implements product pricing strategies for card business by initiating ideas and features/benefits of the product tailored for each target segment. Responsible for digital card sales, in such a way to meet business objectives.
**What will you do?**
- Responsible for managing Card Business product life cycle and with focus on digital sales.
- Ensures successfully driving the card business aspects as segment selection, product development, channel planning, portfolio life cycle management, card customer processes and performance, portfolio utilization.
- Collaborates with Card Business Team Leader to develop Cards Business Strategy and Product P&L management.
- Responsible for reviewing product policies and recommending changes based on risk policy analysis.
- Responsible for designing and introducing new products which will bring value to Card Acquisition and Cards Portfolio profitability.
- Work with S&D, CRM, Marketing Department, Customer Experience to create and implement the proper card channel strategy, card acquisition plan, activation, cross sell, attrition, and customer loyalty scheme.
- Responsible for monitoring ongoing Card Business results and communicating progress to Card Issuing Team Leader, including explanations for deviations, and proposing new challenges and appropriate or opportunistic actions to improve results.
- Participates in projects that require Cards’ product support on issuing activities.
**You need to have:**
- At least 3 years in the banking system. Cards Experience is an advantage.
- University Degree in Economics or related fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and result oriented.
- Very good analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic and ability to work well in teams.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
