**How You'll Make an Impact**
Feature Delivery
- Collaborate with Scrum teams to understand product requirements
- Engage with developers across teams and with architects on system design
- Perform coding and unit testing following best practices
- Coordinate closely with QA on browser-based automation
How Success Is Measured
- Follow established best practices
- Write secure code with minimal defects
- Contribute to effective cross-team collaboration
- Mentor junior developers
- Demonstrate responsiveness and accountability
- Apply strong system design principles
Required Proficiencies
- Leverage modern cloud and database technologies to develop accurate, responsive APIs
- Partner with the product team to iterate on business logic and validation
- Work within an independent, cross-functional squad to deliver client-facing and admin portal features
- Build reusable and testable code to drive engineering maturity and efficiency
- Apply rigorous testing practices across development work
**What You'll Bring**
- **Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience building enterprise applications**
- Strong expertise in
**C# development and the .NET / .NET Core framework**
- Proven experience
**designing**
and
**developing n-tier**
or
**distributed software systems**
- Solid understanding of
**object-oriented programming and software architecture**
- Experience building REST APIs and backend services
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience working with ORM frameworks
- Familiarity with AWS services such as S3 and CloudFront
- Experience implementing unit, integration, and performance testing
- Strong understanding of JSON, XML, and API integrations
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred

- Experience with microservices architectures
