**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute business development strategies across the European market
- Acquire and manage KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, and strategic partners
- Expand institutional, retail, and community-based partnerships
- Drive user acquisition, trading volume, and brand visibility
- Identify new growth opportunities in both Web3 and Web2 ecosystems
- Monitor competitor activity and regional market trends
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaign ROI
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in CEX (centralized exchange) business development, OR
- A successful crypto affiliator with a strong record of driving user growth and trading volume
- Strong network within the European crypto ecosystem
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.) are a strong plus
- Deep understanding of crypto trading products (spot, futures, derivatives)
- Strong negotiation, partnership-building, and execution skills
