Join an agile team where you can enhance your technical skills by participating in challenging and scalable projects in the field of accounting and fiscal services.
In particular, you will be responsible for:
- Processing VAT-related data, ensuring correct classification of transactions and full compliance with Italian tax regulations.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, including the recording of invoices, credit notes, and related documentation.
- Updating and reconciling bank accounts, including posting transactions and monitoring financial operations.
- Handling administrative tasks related to payroll slips and corporate credit cards, including verifying and recording expenses in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
**What skills are we looking for?**
- Good knowledge of the Italian language, both written and spoken.
- Degree in Economics or related fields.
- Previous experience of at least 1–2 years in general accounting or administration, preferably gained within Italian organizations.
- Knowledge of Italian VAT regulations and main accounting procedures (invoice posting, reconciliations, payment schedules), as well as the ability to manage recurring administrative workflows, including monthly VAT-related postings.
- Familiarity with main Italian administrative practices related to banking activities, payroll slips, and corporate credit cards.
