**HR Assistant**
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-driven HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily HR operations, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth employee administration processes.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 15:00 – 23:00 (Albanian Time)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to candidates and manage initial screening follow-ups
- Guide candidates through each stage of the recruitment process with professionalism and clarity
- Present job offers and compensation packages in a clear and engaging manner
- Maintain and update job postings across various platforms
- Manage and update the internal recruitment CRM system
- Process and track vacation requests and sick leave documentation
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department
- Prepare reports and updates for the Head of HR and General Manager
**Requirements**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence and professionalism in handling frequent phone communication
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems and job platforms is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
