**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple markets for roles in sales, customer service, marketing, and similar functions.
- Partner with clients or internal hiring teams to understand workforce needs and define clear job specifications.
- Source qualified candidates globally using a mix of platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networks, databases).
- Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidate fit, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, manage communications, and support offer negotiations.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of talent for high-demand roles and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to boost employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Utilize CRM systems to track candidate data, recruitment metrics, and hiring performance.

**Requirements**

- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), with international hiring exposure.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities across time zones.
- Able to communicate in local language & English
- Willing to work remotely.
