**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter located in Tirana, Albania. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs. The role requires developing and executing strategies to attract top talent, ensuring an efficient hiring process, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open positions. Additionally, the recruiter will provide insights into workforce planning and contribute to an inclusive and welcoming hiring environment.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and headhunting strategies
- Strong interviewing and candidate screening skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in employer branding, onboarding processes, and workforce planning
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Human Resources policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to use recruitment platforms and HR tools efficiently
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience a least 2 - 5 years in recruitment for the retail, wholesale, or DIY sector is a plus
