**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana for a Finance Specialist. The Finance Specialist will oversee financial processes, including managing financial records, preparing accurate financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities also include identifying financial trends, preparing forecasts, and collaborating with team members to support decision-making processes. Maintaining clear and professional communication with internal stakeholders is essential for success in this role.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Finance, and understanding of Financial Statements
- Strong Accounting knowledge and experience
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess and interpret financial data accurately
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional finance or accounting certification is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or retail industry, is an added advantage
