**Role Overview**
We're looking for a
**Procurement & Contracts In-House Legal Specialist.**
*In this role*
you will provide legal support across the full tendering and contracting lifecycle, including tender documentation, clarification processes, negotiations, contract awards, and the drafting and management of agreements and addenda.
*As an in-house lawyer,*
you will support management in contractual, regulatory, corporate, and risk-related matters and contributes to safeguarding the Company’s legal and commercial interests.
**What You'll Do**
✅ Provide legal support throughout the entire tendering and contracting lifecycle for B2G public procurement procedures.
✅ Prepare, review tender documentation in accordance with national public procurement legislation.
✅ Coordinate and manage the procurement procedures, working closely with Sales and technical teams to ensure compliant and consistent responses.
✅ Support negotiation, evaluation, and contract award phases, including review of award decisions and contractual conditions.
✅ Draft, review, and manage public and commercial contracts, agreements, addenda, and amendments with contracting authorities, clients, suppliers, and employees.
✅ Advise management on public procurement compliance, contractual risk, regulatory matters, and dispute-prevention, safeguarding the Company’s legal and commercial interests.
**What We're Looking For**
✔ Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law.
✔ Proven experience in public procurement, tenders, and contract law.
✔ Strong knowledge of Albanian public procurement legislation and procedures; experience with PPPs or concession contracts is a strong advantage.
✔ Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex public and commercial contracts.
✔ High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple procurement and contractual processes simultaneously.
✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with Sales, technical teams, and senior management.
