**Medical Sales Representatives**
to cover key territories in
**Albania (Fier or Vlore)**
.

**Key responsibilities:**

• Daily visits to doctors, health institutions and pharmacies.

• Presentation and promotion of medical devices and dietary products.

• Ensuring good positioning, product development on the market.

• Responsible for the realization of the plan of marketing activities as well as the plan of sales in his field.

• Responsible for the clear and accurate placement of information of importance obtained from the market for the placement of product from portfolio.

• Responsible for sending monthly plans regularly.

• Responsible for regularly sending weekly reports on the realization of the sales plan and marketing activities.

• Responsible for informing the professional public about continuous education for products of importance, as well as performing all necessary activities related to the organization of participation.

• Maintains business contacts and provides adequate information to clients.

• Promotion and propaganda addressed to the professional public regarding products from the portfolio.

• Builds and improves business relations with doctors and pharmacists.

• Making presentations about products from portfolio to the professional public (pharmacists and doctors).

• Regularly informing the professional public about the products with accompanying propaganda and marketing material.

• Analyzing market requirements and providing ideas for product advertising and promotion.

• Organizing and actively participating in the promotion of dietary preparations on their own territory.

• Participation in national/international medical scientific events for the promotion of the product portfolio.

• Timely reporting to the sales coordinator on the domestic market about all oral, written, indirect and direct customer complaints.

• Assists in the education, introduction, and adaptation of new associates.

**Candidate profile:**

• University Degree in the medical or related field (Medicine / Pharmacy / Biology) is preferred.

• At least one year of experience in the position of Medical Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical market.

• Driving license – category B.

• English language – intermediate or advanced level.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and confidently convey product information.

• Proactive, self-organized, and results-driven individual, able to manage time and priorities effectively in the field.
