This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines strong client relationship skills with strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The successful candidate will manage assigned group companies, develop impactful marketing strategies, and oversee full campaign execution across digital, traditional, and social media platforms.
**🔎 Role Overview**
The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the internal marketing team, ensuring that marketing initiatives:
- Align with business objectives
- Are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain brand consistency
- Generate measurable business results
This position requires a balance of strategic planning, creative oversight, stakeholder management, and performance monitoring.
**🎯 Key Responsibilities**
**Account & Stakeholder Management**
- Act as the main marketing contact for assigned group companies
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Lead strategic planning and briefing sessions
- Present marketing strategies, campaign concepts, and performance reports
**Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management**
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with growth objectives
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, paid media, and events
- Oversee brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications
**Social Media & Digital Oversight**
- Guide social media strategy and content calendars
- Monitor engagement, growth, and campaign performance
- Optimize digital and paid advertising efforts
**Performance & Budget Management**
- Track ROI, lead generation, engagement, and conversions
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
- Deliver projects on time and within scope
**✅ Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, account management, or agency environment
- Proven experience managing multiple brands or clients
- Strong digital marketing and social media expertise
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
