**Job Purpose:**
We are looking for a strategic Buying & Supply Chain Manager to own and grow key product groups across our brands. You will use data and consumer insights to shape assortment, pricing, and promotions, driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all channels.
**Main Responsibilities:**
- Source and purchase products from EU and international suppliers;
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules;
- Calculate full landed costs (product + freight + customs duties + VAT in Albania);
- Manage imports into Albania and coordinate customs clearance;
- Prepare and review import documentation (invoice, packing list, HS codes, certificates if required);
- Work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and local transport partners;
- Ensure compliance with Albanian import regulations and tax requirements;
- Monitor stock levels and forecast purchasing needs;
- Anticipate delays and proactively solve logistics issues.
- Manage all transport operations, proactively resolves issues, and takes full responsibility for managing complex situations effectively.
- Leads inventory planning strategy, incorporating seasonality patterns and supplier lead time variability.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience in procurement, logistic, importing, or supply chain;
- Strong understanding of Albanian customs procedures;
- Knowledge of VAT, import duties, HS code classification, and documentation requirements;
- Experience importing from EU markets;
- Familiar with Google Workspace;
- Fluent in English C1 level;
- Strong negotiation and supplier communication skills;
- Attention to detail customs mistakes are costly.
