Senior Product & Packaging Designer (3D & Print Production)

**Job Purpose:**
We are seeking an experienced
**Senior Product & Packaging Designer**
with strong 3D capabilities and advanced print production knowledge to lead the design and execution of our physical product experience. This role requires both creative vision and technical expertise. You will be responsible for designing product packaging, developing bottle concepts in 3D, and managing the entire print production process from concept to final delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design product packaging including labels, folding cartons, rigid boxes, and shopping bags;
- Develop custom bottle and container designs using 3D software;
- Create realistic 3D renders for internal approvals and production;
- Prepare production-ready artwork files and manage dielines;
- Select materials, finishes, and print techniques (foil stamping, embossing, UV, soft-touch lamination, etc.);
- Oversee pre-press, color management, and print approvals;
- Communicate directly with manufacturers and printing houses;
- Ensure quality control throughout production;
- Maintain brand consistency across all physical touchpoints;
- Apply a balance of creativity and practicality in design and project execution;
- Deliver high-quality work that meets luxury or premium standards;
- Design with structural and functional considerations, not only visual appeal;
- Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and budget requirements.
**Requirements**
- 3–5+ years of experience in product and packaging design;
- Strong 3D modeling skills (bottle and container design required);
- Proficiency in software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, SolidWorks, or similar;
- Familiar with Google Workspace;
- Fluent in English C1 level;
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop skills;
- Deep understanding of print production and pre-press processes;
- Experience preparing files for offset and digital printing;
- Knowledge of materials, structural packaging, and finishing techniques;
- Strong attention to detail and production accuracy.
