**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tirana, with flexibility to work from home part of the time. As a Sales Service Representative, your responsibilities will include proactively reaching out to prospective clients, developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will handle customer inquiries, manage accounts, and ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. You will also collaborate closely with team members to identify opportunities for growth and contribute to achieving sales targets.
**Qualifications**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Skills in customer relationship management and account management
- Proficiency in sales techniques and ability to meet sales targets
- Time management and organizational capabilities
- Experience in using CRM software and sales platforms is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of the local market and fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
