The professor will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering online courses, preparing educational material, and conducting virtual classes for learners. They will also evaluate students’ progress, provide feedback, conduct research, and maintain academic excellence in their teaching. - Strong expertise in subject matter relevant to the role and the ability to teach and engage at an advanced academic level
- Excellent communication, presentation, and virtual classroom management skills
- Experience with creating and delivering content suitable for online learning platforms
- Proficiency in conducting research and integrating emerging practices into course material
- Ability to evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and support their learning journey
- PhD in a relevant field and prior experience in teaching or training at the graduate or postgraduate level
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital educational tools is a strong plus
