**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant, primarily based in Durrës, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support, managing schedules, preparing expense reports, and coordinating meetings or appointments. **Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Experience with preparing Expense Reports and providing thorough Executive Support
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
