We are hiring on behalf of our client for a
**CRO-focused UI Designer**
who understands that design is a growth lever - not just aesthetics.
This position is for someone who designs with conversion in mind, analyzes what’s not working, and iterates based on data. You’ll work on high-impact landing pages and funnels directly connected to paid traffic and revenue.
***What You’ll Do:***
- Design and continuously optimize landing pages & funnels to increase conversion rates
- Apply CRO principles to every design decision (clarity, trust, hierarchy, CTAs, speed to value)
- Improve page performance based on data — not opinions
- Support paid traffic campaigns (cold & warm audiences, offer validation)
- Collaborate closely with growth & marketing teams
- Work with developers to ensure clean, accurate execution
- Create scalable UI components for testing & iteration
***What We’re Looking For***
- Strong UI skills (layout, typography, hierarchy, clean execution)
- Conversion-first mindset
- Proven CRO experience (A/B testing, experiments, iteration cycles)
- Experience designing pages that sell / persuade / convert
- Ability to explain
*why*
a design change improves CR
- Performance-driven or fast-paced environment experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages or funnels
- Advanced Figma skills (required)
***Bonus:***
- Experience with heatmaps, session recordings, analytics tools
- Shopify / Webflow or similar platform experience
- Understanding of performance best practices (fast-loading, lightweight pages)
