Construction Takeoff Specialist (Painting, Drywall Tiles & Sheetrock)

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a skilled **Construction Takeoff Specialist** with strong experience in painting, drywall, tiles and sheetrock takeoffs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reviewing architectural drawings and specifications to produce accurate quantity takeoffs that support our estimating process.

### Responsibilities

- Review architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for painting, drywall, and sheetrock scopes.
- Prepare accurate measurements and material lists for estimating.
- Utilize STACK software to complete all takeoff tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure accuracy and meet project deadlines.
- Support multifamily and residential project estimating needs.

### Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a level of B2 Advanced.
- Solid experience in construction takeoffs with a focus on painting, drywall, and sheetrock.
- Hands-on experience with STACK (required). Must be able to navigate the platform independently.
- Strong ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
- Previous experience working on multifamily and residential projects
