Commercial Insurance Certificate Specialist

Outsourcing Advantage is on the lookout for a detail‑oriented Commercial Insurance professional to support the issuance of Certificates of Insurance for policy renewals and property refinances. In this role, you will work closely with banks, lenders, and clients to ensure timely and accurate documentation that meets all compliance and underwriting requirements.

### Responsibilities

- Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance for renewals, refinances, and other client or lender requests.
- Communicate with banks, lenders, and clients to clarify requirements and ensure accurate documentation.
- Review insurance policies to verify coverages, limits, endorsements, and compliance with lender specifications.
- Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation is collected and stored.
- Collaborate with internal team members to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information.
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear, professional, and timely communication.

### Requirements

- Previous experience in insurance, specifically with commercial insurance certificates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced.
- Experience in Commercial Insurance, specifically related to certificates, policy documentation, or compliance.
- Strong understanding of insurance terminology, coverages, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with a very strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
