This role programs, coordinates and controls all the services of the mechanical maintenance department to achieve the most efficient operation of the mechanical installations and to realize the production objectives.
**Responsibilities / Përgjegjësitë**
- Programs, coordinates, and supervises all phases of mechanical maintenance execution tasks of his part of responsibility to ensure the mechanical maintenance execution plan.
- Coordinates and supervises the work of his subordinates and contracting personnel to contribute in the completion of the mechanical maintenance execution plan within the predetermined time and cost and the improvement of the effectiveness of his group of responsibility.
- Collaborates with responsible Production engineers so to contribute in the localization and in the confrontation of reasons that causes problems to the quality or quantity of produced products and are caused due to the dysfunction or damage of equipment.
- Follows up the reserves of materials and maintenance spare parts and inform his Supervisor with the scope the existence of desirable quantities in the suitable quality for the effective cover of needs and the confrontation of the programmed maintenance works as well as the extraordinary damages, mainly in “critical” parts/materials.
- Communicates with technicians of big companies of suppliers from abroad for the exchange of opinions in subjects of confrontation for extraordinary maintenance incidents or damages.
- Proceed with studies and proposes improvements and modifications for special work that are assigned.
- Communicates with shift mechanics and shift leaders during night shifts and provides technical solutions for various breakdowns in the crushers and raw mill areas.
**Qualifications / Kualifikimet**
- University Degree of Mechanical Engineer
- Up to date mechanical equipment’s and installations of cement plant maintenance methods
- Technology cement
- Improvement and maintenance of effective relations and teamwork
- Planning /Organisation/ Methodology
- Decision Making/ Problems Solution
- 2-4 years of total experience in heavy industry maintenance department
- P/C Usage
- Excellent knowledge of English Language
