**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily financial operations (payroll, invoicing, transactions).
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Support management with analysis, research, and financial modeling.
- Maintain accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve margins, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting and forecast preparation.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, balance sheets, and invoice processing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support cross-department needs.
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to resolve financial disputes.
