**Position Overview**

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth within the construction industry. This role requires a creative and analytical professional with proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing candidates located in other states to work remotely with periodic on-site collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand objectives.
- Manage online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and industry-specific channels.
- Oversee website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and analytics to improve online visibility and lead generation.
- Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including blogs, newsletters, videos, and social media posts tailored to the construction industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively across campaigns.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the construction sector.
- Support event marketing, trade shows, and digital promotions to enhance brand engagement.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the construction or related industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns and SEO/SEM strategies.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
