- 🎓 BA/BS required; MBA or technical degree is a plus.

- 📊 Track KPIs, usage data, and customer feedback to measure success and guide iterations.
- 🌍 Build trusted relationships with brand leaders, operations, finance, legal, and other stakeholders.
- 🎤 Represent the customer and business voice in agile ceremonies.
- 📝 Lead quarterly planning, product reviews, and alignment meetings.
- 🚀 Partner with enablement and support teams to execute smooth go-to-market launches.
- 🔎 Use both qualitative and quantitative insights to make customer-centric decisions.
- ⚖️ Balance enterprise customization with platform scalability and technical sustainability.
