**People Operations Specialist**
who will play a key role in shaping the employee experience at ePeople HUB. In this role, you’ll support our colleagues through every stage of their journey with us, from onboarding to offboarding, while helping us build a supportive, engaging, and compliant workplace.

**Your responsibilities will include:**
- Guiding employees through the full lifecycle, making every step, from onboarding to offboarding, smooth and positive
- Acting as the go-to HR contact for employee questions, concerns, and support
- Keeping employee data up-to-date and consistent across all HR systems
- Coordinating new hires, exits, role changes, and compensation updates
- Helping shape people-focused initiatives like leadership development and performance programs
- Supporting continuous performance improvement and assisting with performance-related matters
- Creating and maintaining HR policies and procedures for both contractors and full-time colleagues
- Leading end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and recommending top talent
- Proposing pay structures and benefits based on market insights
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Working with the finance team to ensure smooth coordination on employee-related financial details
- Communicating with clients as needed to provide clarity, support, and timely updates, while proactively addressing their requests and acting as a trusted representative and main point of contact for the company.
**To be considered for this role you must:**
- 3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations (experience in a growing company is a big plus!)
- Comfort and experience in a client-facing environment, you can communicate clearly, address customer requests, and maintain professionalism in every interaction
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, you enjoy helping clients and internal teams find practical, people-focused solutions
- Solid understanding of People Operations, including benefits, employee engagement, and performance management
- Familiarity with employment laws, HR operations, and regional recruitment
- Experience working with HRM systems, experience with FactorialHR would be considered a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and great time management
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building abilities
