**Your Role**
As a UX Designer, you will play a central role in improving the user experience of the company’s payment and blockchain-related products. Working closely with product and development teams, you will design intuitive interfaces that simplify complex digital systems.
Your work will involve researching user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting usability testing, and ensuring that all design solutions align with the company’s overall product vision. You will help build a user-centric experience that showcases innovative technologies while maintaining clarity, simplicity, and usability.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Create standardized wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and implement user-friendly interfaces.
- Conduct usability tests and gather user feedback to improve designs.
- Ensure consistent visual standards across design templates and patterns.
**Required Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UX Engineer, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design projects and your design process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Experience in financial services and/or blockchain technology.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers.
- Experience working within agile teams.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
