**Requirements**

- Higher technical education;
- Knowledge of English - B2
- Work experience in an IT company partner \ IT vendor;
- Skills of working with corporate clients, skills of selling IT services and software;
- Knowledge of IT market in the indicated area, partner ecosystem;
- Understanding the functionality and features of cloud services (Microsoft, AWS, Google, Alibaba Cloud services);
- Experience with cloud services, certificates in cloud services will be an asset;
- Teamwork skills;
- Possibility to make business trips within the countries of Eastern Europe and the Balkans.

**Responsibilities**

- Development of the Cloud partner channel in Eastern Europe and the Balkan countries, participation in the promotion of cloud services;
- Processing requests related to Cloud services, maintaining a pipeline with partners;
- Ensuring the required level of SLA in the formation of commercial offers for partners, working with price lists;
- Providing advice on cloud solutions in the MUK Cloud portfolio (subscription types and functionality, billing and licensing features);
- Participation in pre-sale preparation of deals together with partners;
- Work with the accounting system, registration of new partners and partner conditions, formation of invoices for partners, control of payments and minimization of receivables;
- Training and self-study according to the development plan, studying products in the MUK Cloud portfolio, Maintaining partner certifications of the Company if necessary;
- Communication with vendor specialists;
- Communication with technical specialists and operational specialists of MUK CLOUD;
- Identifying new business opportunities and attracting new partners to the MUK Cloud business;
- Agreeing the best commercial terms and condition for Cloud deals by negotiating and monitoring the progress of deal approval;
- Provide advice on marketing planning and business development in the assigned territory. Determining the needs for marketing activities;
- Communication with local representatives of the vendor\vendors and establishing long-term and strong business relationships;
- Ensuring the implementation of sales plans for cloud services;
- Fulfillment of management tasks.
