**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Tirana, Albania. The Sales Specialist will manage client relationships, identify client needs, generate leads, and close successful sales. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service, participating in training sessions to build skills, and supporting sales management initiatives to achieve team targets and overall growth.
**Qualifications**
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and build lasting relationships
- Proven Sales skills and the ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales opportunities
- Experience in Sales Management and Training to support team development and achieve business objectives
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software is desirable
- Problem-solving ability, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
- Prior experience in real estate or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
