Finance Manager

A strategic partner operating at
**Tirana International Airport**
is expanding its leadership team and looking for an experienced
**Finance Manager**
to strengthen its financial governance and support future investment and growth.

This role is critical for driving
**IFRS implementation**
, financial restructuring, and preparing the company for
**upcoming expansion projects**
.

**🔹 Key Responsibilities**

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Prepare financial statements fully aligned with
**IFRS**
.
- Oversee accounting operations and month-end closing.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and treasury.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, IFRS standards, and internal controls.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Conduct financial and performance analysis.
- Support
**business restructuring & investment readiness**
.
- Identify cost-efficiency opportunities and process improvements.
- Lead and develop the finance & accounting team.

**🔹 Requirements**

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (Master’s is a plus).
- 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting (leadership experience preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of
**IFRS**
.
- Professional certifications (ACCA/CPA) preferred.
- Experience in financial restructuring or investment projects is a strong asset.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English.
