**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site seasonal role located in Vlorë for the position of Guest Service Agent at Green Coast Hotel - MGallery Collection. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout their stay. The role also includes handling bookings, providing concierge services, resolving guest complaints, and upholding exceptional service standards that align with the hotel's luxury and boutique ethos.
**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service, hospitality, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Albanian if possible (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Proficiency in using reservation management systems and general computer skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage guest complaints with professionalism
- Team collaboration and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
