**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a
**Data Analyst**
located in Tirana, Albania. The Data Analyst will be responsible for data preprocessing, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting results to generate actionable insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include tasks such as desk research, questionnaire design, sample design, desk research, observational research, data preprocessing, and analyzing customer/public responses.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SPSS, R, or other relevant data analysis tools is a plus.
- A detail-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills to support organizational goals and project execution.
