We are looking for a
**SOX Financial Controls & SOD Specialist.**
The resource will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing analytics & RPA tools to identify anomalies in general ledger journal entries and identify Segregation of Duties (SoD) violations. This includes detecting anomalies, potential fraud risks, and conflicts through specific monitoring tools such as RPA and analytics dashboards, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements.
**What you'll do:**
- Operationally manage the monitoring activities of the Segregation of Duties (SOD) model, including periodic transaction analysis and reporting.
- Support process owners and IT in the definition and implementation of SOD remediation.
- Work together with the Financial Compliance structure for the development and updating of the SOD model.
- Support IT Owners and provide specialized support for IT Automated Controls (ITAC) and System Report (SYS) remediation in the SOX environment.
- Actively participate in the walkthrough phases of ITAC and SYS controls.
- Prepare supporting documentation for external auditors and internal audits on IT/SOD matters.
**What you'll bring:**
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Min 2 years of experience in SOX compliance, auditing, or internal control.
- In-depth knowledge of SOX regulations and internal control frameworks (COSO, COBIT).
- Experience with monitoring and analytics tools for compliance management.
- Expertise in Segregation of Duties (SoD) and conflict management.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian is highly important for this role.
