- Full-Stack Expertise: Work across the entire technology stack, from database design to front-end implementation
- Code Quality: Ensure high-quality code through testing, code reviews, and adherence to established coding standards
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues throughout the development lifecycle
- Innovation: Contribute ideas and solutions that drive product improvement and technological advancement
**Required Qualifications**
- Experience: 5+ years in full-stack development, with demonstrated expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), Node.js, and database technologies
- Architecture: Strong understanding of software design patterns, API development, and system architecture
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
