We are now expanding our sales team and looking for a
**driven, experienced Sales Manager**
to own high-impact deals end-to-end - from qualification to contract and onboarding.
📍
**Remote (work from home) - must be located in Albania**
🌍
**Mostly working with US clients**
- flexible hours required, including late evenings when needed
**🔹 What You’ll Do**
- Qualify
**inbound and outbound leads**
via video meetings and calls
- Decide which prospects should move forward to the
**demo stage**
- **Drive the full sales cycle**
from demo through contract signature:
- Follow-ups and deal nurturing
- Pricing discussions & proposals
- Objection handling and negotiation
- Contract formulation and closing
- Handing off to onboarding while ensuring a smooth client start
- Own your book of business and revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams when needed
**🔹 What We’re Looking For**
✔
**2+ years experience as a Sales Manager**
in a global, sales-driven company
✔ Strong
**closing skills**
— not just qualifiers, but closers
✔ Comfortable selling technology & speaking confidently about SaaS solutions
✔ Able to work independently and manage your pipeline
✔ Excellent English communication (spoken + written)
✔ Experience selling to US clients is a
**big advantage**
✔
**Understanding of eCommerce and marketplaces**
*(Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay etc.) is a*
***huge plus***
✔
**CRM experience is required**
(HubSpot is a
**huge plus**
)
✔ High accountability, organized, and results-oriented
✔ Quite home-office with strong internet connection and quality technical setup (computer, headphones, etc.)
**💼 Compensation & Growth**

**Base Salary**
- Months 1–3:
**$2,000/month**
- After ramp-up:
**$1,750/month**
💰
**Commissions**
- **5% of collected revenue**
from each client for
**their first 12 months**
- Paid upon collection — revenue you close continues to pay out as it comes in

**Typical earnings over time:**
