**Head of Partnerships**
 to lead our expansion across the Balkan region.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk corporate role. This is a "boots on the ground," door-opening role with massive upside. You will be the face of Levita as we enter new markets, building the network that fuels our growth.
🛠What You’ll Do
You will own the partner lifecycle from "Hello" to "Go Live" and beyond.
- **Hunt & Open:**
 Identify and open the doors to high-value partnerships with healthcare players in the balkans.
- **Orchestrate the Roll-out:**
 You will coordinate the operational kick-off with our team and the one of our partners.
- **Manage Relationships:**
 You will maintain long-term relationships, troubleshoot operational hurdles, and ensure our partners are successful.
- **Strategize:**
 Act as the eyes and ears of Levita in new markets. Feed insights back to the product and leadership teams to help us adapt and grow.

 Ideally, you have an existing network in the Balkan healthcare, retail, or pharma sectors. You know who to call to get a meeting.
- **The Hustler:**

 have the network yet, you have the grit to build it from scratch. You don’t take "no" for an answer; you find a way around the wall.
- **The Operator:**
 You are organized. You understand that a signed contract is useless if the operational roll-out fails. You are comfortable getting your hands dirty to make sure the process works.
- **Balkan Native:**
 You understand the culture, the business etiquette, and the nuances of doing business across the region.
- **Language:**
 Fluency in English and at least one major western Balkan language is required.
