We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator with fluent German skills to support daily operations, manage client communications, and coordinate projects. If you’re ready to take initiative in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

**Responsibilities:**

- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Coordinate internal and external project-based work and follow up on deadlines and deliverables
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- File and retrieve documents or reference materials
- Holding correspondences with partners in German and/or English
- Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
- Monitor, respond to, and distribute incoming communications (email, post, etc.)
- Coordinate general office operations, including communication with all staff involved in various activities
- Oversee office maintenance needs: purchase of office supplies and materials, processing orders, handling
- Couriers, taxis, and other logistical tasks

**Skills & Qualifications:**

- Fluency in written and spoken German (minimum B2 level)
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- University degree, preferably in economics, business administration, or a related field
- Preferably has experience in self-managed roles and/or marketing-related tasks
- Previous experience in a German-speaking country is considered an asset
- At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills are mandatory
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and solution-oriented mindset
- Energy, initiative, and a proactive attitude
