The job holder is accountable for fulfilling the roles and responsibilities in line with Islamic Relief values and principles of fairness, humanity, honesty, respect and fair treatment of colleagues and staff.
**Job Purpose:**
The role will look to support the Fundraising Coordinator/Officers in fulfilling the organizational objectives of developing and optimizing community fundraising and volunteer initiatives. This will be done through developing strong donor relationships with stakeholders in Albania, developing strong volunteer networks across the country, supporting the fundraising unit in the organization of events and activities as well as assisting with Fundraising / Campaigns co-ordination.
**KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS**
- Reports to the Line Manager
- Works closely with the Line Manager
- Liaises at all levels with staff within the organization.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 1-year relevant working experience in similar positions (preferable)
- Organizational and sales skills
- Ability to judge fairly, to analyze a multitude of information, the ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time, the ability to solve problems and to work under pressure and with confidential matters.
- Teamwork attitude, cooperative, with a tendency to adopt change, managing time properly to the duties and be flexible during the work.
- Positive, self-balanced, trustworthy, discreet, tolerant, flexible approach with a clear focus on quality services and customer care.
**SKILLS**
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Experience of setting up and maintaining management information and data retrieval systems.
- Strong written communication skills necessary to draft letters, reports and other documentation.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills and excellent telephone manner.
**KNOWLEDGE**
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of English Language, Professional level (Obligatory)
- Knowledge and understanding of using relationship management database software.
**ABILITIES**
- Ability to manage day-to-day administrative and office management functions.
- Ability to collate data and produce reports.
- Able to plan, prioritize, and deliver to tight timescales.
- Ability to work effectively on own initiative and as part of a team, without close supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally, face-to-face, over the telephone, and in writing.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Able to work methodically with good attention to detail.
- Able to demonstrate a consistent approach to others with confidence and integrity.

- It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with Islamic values, and principles, knowledge about orphan`s, as well as commitment to Islamic Relief Vision, Mission and Core Values.
