**Open Position: Digital Content Producer**

Monday – Friday | 14:30 – 22:30c

🔹 What this role involves:

- Create a
**consistent pipeline of written and visual content**
for social media, website, ads, email, and partnerships
- Write clear, engaging copy for:
- LinkedIn posts & comments
- Reddit threads & discussions
- Short-form captions, hooks, and brand content
- Design simple but effective visuals using
**Canva, Adobe, or AI-based tools**
- Build and maintain a
**content library**
(copy, visuals, short videos, graphics)
- Support brand storytelling by transforming ideas or long-form content into
**short, digestible assets**
- Engage thoughtfully on
**LinkedIn and Reddit**
to support brand visibility and credibility
- Use
**AI tools**
for ideation, drafting, editing, and content variation while maintaining brand voice
- Support ad creatives for social media or Google Ads (copy, hooks, visuals)
- Organize content calendars, drafts, and assets
- Monitor content performance at a high level and iterate accordingly

🔹 What we’re looking for:

- **C1 English proficiency**
(written & spoken)
- Strong
**copywriting skills**
in English
- Experience or strong interest in
**content creation**
(written, visual, or both)
- Basic design skills using
**Canva, Adobe, or similar tools**
- Familiarity with
**AI tools**
for writing, design, or ideation
- Comfortable engaging professionally on
**LinkedIn and Reddit**
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Portfolio or content samples valued more than formal education

- Likes writing, visuals, and experimenting with formats
- Is organized and consistent with content production
- Understands brand voice and audience engagement
- Prefers structured work with creative freedom
