**Tasks**
In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and further development of our CRM platform and will lead a specialised team of seven employees.


You will coordinate operational services, ensure service quality and work with your team to develop solutions for our customers.



- Management of a 7-person team in application management for MSD365 CRM, including resource planning, coaching and further development of team members
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the MSD365 CRM platform (customer engagement, sales, service, project operations, marketing) in compliance with SLAs and ITIL processes
- Incident, problem & change management: Control and continuous improvement of operational processes according to ITIL standards
- Interface between customers, internal departments and technical teams – including escalation management and regular service reviews
- Identification of optimisation potential in operations and participation in the further development of the platform

**Requirements**

- Completed degree or training in IT and several years of professional experience in application management or operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience in operating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications
- Very good knowledge of ITIL (ideally certified) and experience in applying ITIL processes in operational business
- Experience in leading teams and strong communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of agile methods (SCRUM, Kanban, DevOps) is an advantage
- Fluent English skills
